Shipping Policy

Our shipping days are Monday and Tuesday.

We produce these little cakes on Maui, sometimes the schedule doesn't always go as planned.   Even our Postmaster hits the waves when they are good!!

If you place an order after 1:00 PM EST it will go out next day. If you place an order after 1:00 PM EST on Wednesday it will go out the following Monday. This is to ensure the freshness of your cakes!

Although we try our best to ship the first available day, you may experience some delay due to a high influx of orders. All of this is to ensure the freshness of your cakes!

Sweet Bean contracts with a third party shipping vendor (UPS) to deliver your package. We cannot guarantee the arrival date. Certain circumstances such as weather or address issues can delay the pickup or arrival of your package. We will be happy to work with you and UPS to resolve any delays that occur, however, Sweet Bean cannot refund any part of your order as a result of shipping delays or incorrect deliveries.  Once your cakes have been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email or text.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

You will select your delivery method at checkout. Your options may vary depending on your qualifications.​

Our cake jars are shipped frozen.   They are vacuum sealed.  When you receive just pop it in your freezer and eat when you are ready.   

Cake jars can be frozen up to 6 months.

We recommend enjoying our cake jars at room temperature.
