Refund and Shipping Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

 

Shipping days are Monday and Tuesday. We craft our delightful cakes on Maui, and sometimes our schedule may not go as planned—our Postmaster even takes to the waves when the surf is good! Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be shipped the next day. If you order after 1:00 PM EST on Wednesday, your order will go out the following Monday to ensure your cakes remain fresh.  While we strive to ship on the earliest available day, please be aware that high order volumes may cause delays. To maintain the quality of your cakes, we partner with USPS for delivery, but we cannot guarantee arrival dates to potential weather or address-related issues. Sweet Bean cannot issue refunds for shipping or incorrect deliveries, but we will assist you with USPS if any issues arise. Once your cakes are shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text. Because our products are perishable, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. You will choose your delivery method at checkout, with options varying based on your qualifications. Our cake jars are shipped frozen and vacuum sealed. When they arrive, place them in your freezer and enjoy when you're ready. Cake jars can be frozen for up to 6, and we recommend savoring them at room temperature.
