Orders and Acceptance
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Please review the product selection, quantity, and shipping address immediately. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We will try to accommodate changes, but orders that have entered preparation or fulfillment may no longer be changed or canceled.

Product Information and Allergens
Buzz Cakes are liquor-infused dessert cakes. Product descriptions, flavors, availability, and pricing may change without notice. Our products are prepared in a commercial kitchen that handles common allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, and tree nuts. Although precautions are taken, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from cross-contact.

Shipping and Delivery
Orders are fulfilled from Las Vegas, Nevada. Available carriers, delivery methods, and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Processing and transit estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery. Tracking information will be sent when an order ships. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or misdelivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Storage and Product Care
Cake jars are shipped frozen and vacuum sealed. Freeze them promptly upon arrival. Properly stored jars may remain frozen for up to six months. Thaw before serving and enjoy at room temperature for the best flavor and texture. Because the products are perishable, customers are responsible for proper storage and handling after delivery.

Refunds, Replacements, and Order Problems
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within three days of delivery at cakes@sweetbeanmaui.com and include the order number and clear photos. We will review the circumstances and, when appropriate, may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Shipping charges and orders affected by an incorrect customer-provided address are not refundable.

Limitation of Responsibility
Sweet Bean Bakery LLC is not responsible for delays or damage caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
