Terms and Conditions

1. Order Placement and Acceptance:

  • Order Confirmation:

    Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Please review this confirmation carefully for accuracy and contact us immediately if any errors are found. 

  • Order Changes:

    We will do our best to accommodate any changes to your order, but please note that changes may not be possible after a certain point in the order process.

  • Allergens:

    Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are entirely free of allergens.  We do have nuts and dairy in our facility. 

2. Shipping:

  • Shipping Methods:

    We ship our cakes via [UPS/USPS]. 

  • Shipping Costs:

    Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are based on weight, distance, and shipping method selected. 

  • Shipping Time:

    Please allow [3-5 business days] for processing and shipping. Due to being on Maui, delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method, but we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment. 

  • Shipping Address:

    Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. 

  • Temperature Control:

    Cakes are perishable and should be stored in a cool, dry place. We recommend refrigerating your cake upon arrival, especially if it will be stored for more than [24 hours]. 

3. Refunds and Returns:

  • No Returns:

    Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for cakes that have been delivered and accepted. 

  • Damaged Cakes:

    If your cake arrives damaged, please contact us within [3 days] of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include a partial refund or a replacement cake. 

  • Incorrect Orders:

    If you receive the wrong cake or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please contact us within [3 days] of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue. 

4. Liability:

  • Perishable Nature:

    Cakes are perishable and should be consumed within a reasonable time frame. We are not responsible for any issues that arise from improper storage or handling of our products. 

  • Acts of God:

    We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by acts of nature or other events beyond our control. 

  • Third-Party Issues:

    We are not responsible for any issues that arise from the actions of third-party shipping providers or other parties involved in the delivery of your order.
